Corporate engagement

In the interests of raising the quality of the customer experience for all of us I have decided to support the larger corporations by giving their CEO's direct feedback about areas which I find good and bad about their services or products they sell.

In each case, I will detail the exchange of communication sent and recieved by me, which hopefully will encourage more people to adopt my direct methods when trying to achieve corrective or improvement action from companies which normally ignore the individual.
